Log in to ecartpay.com and go to the Integrations section.
Click on Download the integration. You will be automatically redirected to the relevant section in VTEX.

Enter the URL of your VTEX store and click Continue.
Access the admin panel of your VTEX store.
Go to Account Settings > Account.
In the Access Keys section, click on Generate Key.
Assign an identifier name and a role, then click Generate to obtain your key and token.
Copy and paste both values into the Ecart Pay form.
Assign an identifier name to the integration and click Create.
. Click on Start Setup.
. Log in with your Ecart Pay account.
. Once logged in, you will see your active account. Click on Continue.
You will be redirected again to VTEX to configure the payment provider.
It will again ask for an application key and a token, this time from your Ecart Pay account.
To obtain them:
Log in to your Ecart Pay account.
Go to Integrations > API.

Copy your public key and paste it as the application key.
Copy your private key and paste it as the token.
Assign an identifier name to the connection.
Check the option “Use recommended behavior by the payment processor”.
Activate the checkbox “Require document” and click on Save.
You will see the information of the configured provider and a notice about the installation of the connector.
Click on Install application → Install → Accept terms of use → Install again.
Once the installation is complete, you will see the application successfully configured.
Go to Store Settings > Settings.
Click on the “+” symbol to add a new payment condition.
In the Others section, select Ecart Pay.
Choose the provider you just created and change its status to Active.
Click on Save.
