Go to ecartpay.com and head to the Integrations section.
Click on Download integration. You will be automatically redirected to the corresponding section in VTEX.
Add your VTEX store URL and click on Continue.
Log in to the admin panel of your VTEX store.
Go to Account settings > Account.
In the Access Keys section, click on Generate key.
Assign an identifying name and a role, then click Generate to get your key and token.
Copy and paste both values into the Ecart Pay form.
Assign an identifying name to the integration and click Create.
. Click on Start setup.
. Log in with your Ecart Pay account.
. Once logged in, you will see your active account. Click on Continue.
You will be redirected back to VTEX to configure the payment provider.
It will ask you again for an application key and a token, this time from your Ecart Pay account.
To get them:
Log in to your Ecart Pay account.
Go to Integrations > API.
Copy your public key and paste it as the application key.
Copy your private key and paste it as the token.
Assign an identifying name to the connection.
Check the option "Use behavior recommended by the payment processor".
Check the "Require document" box and click Save.
You will see the configured provider information and a notice about the connector installation.
Click on Install app → Install → Accept terms of use → Install again.
Once the installation is complete, you will see the app successfully configured.
Go to Store settings > Settings.
Click on the "+" symbol to add a new payment condition.
In the Other section, select Ecart Pay.
Choose the provider you just created and change its status to Active.
Click Save.
