Billing information

Keep your tax information up to date for correct billing.

Where to add my billing information?

In the top menu, click on Your user.
Select My profile.
Go to the Tax information section.
Complete the form with your billing information:
- RFC (Tax ID)
- Company name
- CFDI Use
- Tax regime
- Postal code
Click on Save changes

⚠️ Your tax information is necessary for the correct issuance of invoices. Make sure your data is correct and up to date, especially if you require invoicing.

We recommend keeping this information updated (no older than 3 months) to avoid tax errors or inconveniences in the issuance of your receipts.
