1. Log in to your Ecart Pay account.

2. In the Home tab, you will find a banner with the Activate your account button.

3. Select the type of account.

   1. Individual.

   2. Corporate (for companies).

4. Complete the About you form.

5. Verify your identity with Sumsub.

6. Upload photos of the front and back of the official document you selected.

7. Take a moving “selfie”.

8. Register your current address.

9. Confirm the information previously entered.

10. Verify the identity of the legal representative.

Level 2

Monthly withdrawal limit of $500,000.00 MXN

1. Log in to your Ecart Pay account.

2. In the Home tab, you will find a banner with the Upgrade button.

3. Upload proof of tax situation.

4. Upload proof of address.

For business accounts

5. Power of attorney letter.

6. Articles of incorporation.

Level 3
